Video Debut: “Brack and Brine” Solidifies Conrad Moore as a Name You Need to Know

As the “Americana” genre continues to expand in size, sound, and popularity, more and more eyes keep getting turned in the direction of North Georgia for killer music. While I’m still enthralled with Pony Bradshaw’s semi-new album, “North Georgia Rounder”, we have a new name from the region to be just as excited about. Conrad Moore, a Georgia native now based in Asheville, has officially entered the conversation with his new song, “Brack and Brine”. What strikes me immediately is his down to earth songwriting and story telling, capturing one of the true beauties of Appalachian music.

The video for Conrad’s new song is available to watch now for the first time, but there is a lot more to come from him. The full band studio version of “Brack and Brine” will be available for a first listen on next week’s season finale of our show, The Thicket. The finale will drop at 6:00pm central time on all streaming platforms for podcasts. In addition to the soon-to-drop single, there is a full album in the works with the release date still to be determined. Enjoy this video of “Brack and Brine” for now, but trust me, this is only a taste of a lot of great things to come from Conrad Moore.
